Shipping & Pickup FAQ

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.50 on all U.S. orders.

(Please note: this rate is subject to change based on carrier pricing or packaging updates.)

Once shipped, your order will arrive within 1–3 business days, depending on your location.
To ensure your cookies stay fresh and aren’t held in transit over the weekend, orders are shipped every Tuesday.

Yes! We offer free local pickup by appointment at the Kzoo Station in Grand Rapids, MI.

After placing your order, you’ll receive an email to schedule your pickup time slot.

Yes, we ship year-round! However, during warmer months, cookies that contain chocolate or delicate toppings may soften or melt slightly during transit.

We do our best to package everything with care, but we recommend selecting a delivery address where someone can bring your package inside promptly.

Once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier.

We always provide tracking information and will happily assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.

Please double-check your shipping address before checking out, and keep an eye on your tracking email so you know when your sweet treats are arriving!
